Introducing, Ella!

Aloha! My name is Ella Leilani, and I am the founder of Serene Jewelry & Art. I am 27 years old, a Scorpio, born in California but moved to Kauai Hawaii in 2019. I am very happy to live on this beautiful paradise island and enjoy listening to music while walking along its sun-kissed beaches. I love watching the sun rise and set here. I’m a beautiful, loving, genuine and adventurous mom to a beautiful little girl named Serenity who means the absolute world to me. I am the first born out of my siblings and come from a family of wonderful artists and loving people. I love spending time with my family as much as possible, especially my daughter.

Some hobbies that I enjoy are gardening, reading romance novels, watching a good movie, swimming, and meditating with calm waterfall sounds and different frequencies. I like to write poetry and journal often. I enjoy nature walks, being outdoors, trying new things and exploring.

How Ella Inspires Us

Ella inspires us with her unapologetically fierce self-love, tenacity, determination, and altruistic vision. A single mother of a young daughter who struggles with Epilepsy, Ella constantly balances sacrifice and self-care, finding inner peace that enables her devotion to her important roles as well as her goals. We find Ella’s love for her daughter beautiful, and her passion and dedication amazing. Her long-term vision and altruistic heart are truly awesome.

Ella has two main goals with her art and business. One of her primary goals is to raise awareness for epilepsy, a chronic disease that her daughter, Serenity, has battled with for her entire life. Ella hopes that increased awareness can help children like Serenity and those with other medical conditions. She hopes that her work and story can help raise money to support the Epilepsy Foundation and similar organizations. Along with this, she hopes to create a legacy for her daughter. “I named Serene Jewelry & Art after my daughter and hope to grow it into a family art business. My dream is to someday have an art gallery of my own that I can pass down to the next generation.”

Ella’s other major goal is to inspire others, even being seen as an “Art Hero” to some. “I also want to inspire others, and even be known as an “Art Hero” to some. I feel and know that someday I can be known for helping others find their genuine “inner voice” through art as well.”

Ella finds strength and inspiration in quotes and mantras, and is working on a book of quotes that she hopes will help others in the world. She is also inspired by the work of other artists (especially abstract artists) and the concept of “Art” itself. “I am very determined and have so much self-love. I have gratitude for anyone that appreciates Art and puts their Art out there.”

Ella’s Views On Art

“I feel that Art is a strong and empowering part of our daily life, and without Art then there wouldn’t be a story to tell or a history behind the Art itself and the meaning that goes along with it. The more Art is made, the more it inspires us, and when we create and radiate with so much passion to put into our artwork, we really start to glow. “

Ella’s Message

“Just got to stay strong, keep calm and have faith. Know you can do this and you will do this. Maybe not today or right this moment, but you will get there. It took me many years to finally get to where I’m at, to be able to fully feel comfortable expressing myself through my art that is made with so much love. “
